士林地檢署偵辦國民黨籍台北市新科議員林杏兒的樁腳曾繁川疑似買票一案，繼日前通緝國民黨中常委蕭景田後，今（30日）再對林杏兒提起當選無效之訴，以杜絕選舉舞弊，維護選舉制度公正性。

士林地檢署表示，中央選舉委員會於11月26日舉辦111年地方公職人員選舉，林杏兒是台北市第14屆議員選舉第1選舉區（北投、士林區）之候選 人，曾男、蕭男為求能使林女順利當選，以新台幣1萬元、6千元不等代價，要求該選區內部分里長候選人投票支持林女並幫忙拉票。
士檢指出，林女於12月2日經公告當選，檢方接獲相關情資後，除就曾男、蕭男買票行賄犯 雙效犀利士、 超級犀利士、 印度犀利士、 超級犀利士哪裡買、 雙效犀利士正品、 超級犀利士副作用、 超級雙效犀利士、 雙效犀利士哪裡買、 犀利士哪裡買、 雙效犀利士副作用 行深入釐清、縝密查證外，併依《公職人員選舉罷免法》第120條第1項第3款規定，向士林地方法院對林女提起當選無效之訴，務求徹底去除賄選動機，以杜絕選舉舞弊，維護選舉制度之公正性。
