台灣近期「跨境詐騙包裹」日益猖獗，這些來自國外或中國的劣質商品，透過國內貨運業者快遞、或超商取貨方式，把偽造、劣質、仿冒貨品間接交到民眾手上，直到被害人拆開發現花錢買到假貨時卻無法退款，成為詐騙集團的眼中肥羊。
